You can adjust the playback speed from Media Analyzer in Security Monitor Pro.

Select the 'Media Analyzer' option on tool bar and maximize the media analyzer window. Click on ‘Playback Settings’ icon from the preview controls.

On Playback settings, you can adjust the playback speed using the slider. This will change the playback speed instantly for the video being played.

In WebCam Monitor you can set the time to continue recording for some seconds after the most recent motion detection event. Set this time from the ‘Video Recording Settings’ window.

Select the time from 10 seconds to a maximum of 60 seconds. When motion is detected, recording will continue for the time you have selected as long as no new motion detection event occurs within the selected time. If any new motion event occurs within the selected time then recording will continue for the specified time from that point. This will make sure that no motion events are missed in recording.

You can read the email content in Outlook, Gmail or any mail reader using the keyboard shortcuts in Text Speaker. Go to ‘Settings’ and then select ‘Keyboard HotKeys’ tab. Choose the key combination to start speaking, stop speaking, pause/resume speaking as shown below.

Next, select the content from your Email and use the keyboard shortcuts to listen. You don’t have to copy the content of email to Text Speaker, anything on your screen can be read aloud.

Auto FTP Manager can be used in manual or automatic mode. You can transfer files manually from an automated transfer profile. Right click on the profile name from the ‘Profile List’ and select the ‘Open File Manager’ option. Next, select the files and transfer.

You can also transfer files manually using Quick Connection profiles. First, create a Quick Connect profile for your ftp server and connect to it. Next, select the files and folders from File Manager and transfer the files to destination.

You can have different mouse movement effects in your screen recordings with My Screen Recorder Pro. You can choose different colors for the left and right mouse click events.

Click on the ‘Effects’ menu and select ‘Mouse Movement Effects’ option.

Next, select the checkboxes to highlight the left and right mouse click. Choose the colors you want for each, and click OK.

Try creating a screen recording, then save it and play it. You will be able to see the different colors for left and right mouse clicks.

Security Monitor Pro allows you to add Text and Image labels to your camera.

When you add an image label, you need to adjust the image transparency. This is important in order to make sure that the motion is detected behind the image.

To adjust the transparency level, select 'Manage camera' from tool bar, then choose the camera and click on 'Edit Camera'. On Labels tab, double click on the label image. Select 'Image Transparency' option and set the transparency level such that motion is detected behind the label.

Note- Below 60% transparency, motion will not be detected.

There are a few ways to view your cameras remotely. First, you can use the broadcast feature in WebCam Monitor to create a live stream from your webcam which can be viewed remotely. Next, video recordings and photos can be uploaded to a FTP server, this is also a great way to securely store your recordings. The next option is Email notifications, which can be configured for regular interval or on motion detection. The email will contain a photo.

Yes, you can convert the .doc files into .wav file using Text Speaker.
Click on the ‘Open’ icon on the tool bar and select your document file. Next click on the ‘Convert to Audio’ icon on the tool bar and select WAV audio format.

Yes, Auto FTP Manager supports a command line interface. To use the command line interface you need to have a registered version of Auto FTP Manager. You can use the command line from a batch file or script to start a transfer.

Security Monitor Pro allows you to add mask area to avoid false alarm.

To add mask area, select 'Manage camera' from tool bar, then choose the camera and click on 'Edit Camera'. On Mask Area tab, select the 'Enable Masking' checkbox, this will add a new mask area, you can move or change the shape of the region by selecting Grab and Move icon.

The masked area will block motion detection in that particular area.

Note- You can also hide the mask area from main window by unchecking 'Show mask area on camera preview'.

There are two ways to change the camera video resolution from WebCam Monitor.

Click on the ‘Video properties’ link on the Add / Edit camera dialog and select the video resolution.

The other method is to click on the ‘Camera’ menu and select Video Properties option and change the resolution value.

In Text Speaker, you can skip the reading of the asterisk, or any other special character, by using the phoneme for silence from the phoneme table.

Select the asterisk character, click on the ‘Pronunciation’ icon on the tool bar. Next, click on the ‘Phoneme Chart’ button and double click the ‘_’ phoneme for silence. Click OK and ‘Apply’ button. Finally click ‘Done’.

Now, the asterisk character will not be pronounced while reading your novel.

There are many ways in which Auto FTP Manager can help you maintain or update a website. For example, if you receive a regular update of new images or articles, Auto FTP Manager can transfer them automatically to your server. Actions rules help you specify whether to upload or download the files. It also allows you to synchronize the folders on the source and destination.

My Screen Recorder allows you to set the default file name. From 'Settings' you can change the default file name which is shown after completion of screen recordings.

Go to Settings and click on the ‘File Save’ tab. Then enter the file name you want in ‘File Save options’. Choose to either append a sequential number or a date and time to the file name.

Security Monitor Pro shows thumbnail view that allows you to quickly see the camera status and previews.

To view thumbnails, you have to select camera layout which has camera count less than the total number of cameras present in the application. Also the thumbnail view is visible only upto three camera layout.

To change the layout, click on the 'Camera layout' icon from toolbar.

The thumbnail view is a smaller view of your camera along with the status icon indicating recording, monitoring or broadcasting actions. You can also adjust the size of the thumbnail view.

To stop the FTP upload action there is no need to stop monitoring. You just need to uncheck the 'Upload Media Files' option from Quick Access. You can also disable FTP upload from 'FTP Upload Status' window in WebCam Monitor.

Select the camera name and click the 'Disable' button. This will stop only the FTP upload action. Video recording and taking photos will be performed when motion is detected.
You can enable the FTP upload action when you are ready.

The selection of a voice to learn a specific language is very important. There is a wide range of voices you can use with Text Speaker.

For the French language, as spoken in France, select the 'Alain' and 'Juliette' voices from AT&T Natural Voices or the 'Mathieu' and 'Celine' voices from Ivona. If you are going to be in the French speaking part of Canada, the 'Chantal' or 'Arnaud' voices will work well for you.

In Auto FTP Manager, transfer reports are generated after each automated transfer. You can select a location to save the reports.

To open the Auto FTP Manager transfer reports, go to File >> Open Transfer Reports. On ‘File Transfer Reports’ dialog, select the profile from ‘Show Transfer Reports for’ dropdown and click 'View' button to see the status of the transfer.

The generated transfer report will show you the list of files that got downloaded in the last scheduled run. You can also see detailed information on successful and failed transfers.
