Pausing and starting the recorded video playback using the keyboard

I would like to start/stop the playback of the recorded .wmv files using a keystroke on the keyboard.
Is there a way to do this.

My Screen Recorder has an integrated video player.
There are two methods to pause and start the playback. If you are viewing video within the My Screen Recorder window, you can simply use the Enter key to pause and start the playback. If you are playing the video on a full screen, use the Ctrl-P key combination to pause and start.
