Problem when trying to view 'About WebCam Monitor'

I would like to know the version number of WebCam Monitor I am using and view my registration information. I am receiving an error when I click on 'About WebCam Monitor' from the help menu. Please help!

Please download and install the latest version of WebCam Monitor to resolve this issue. You can always get the latest version from our Download page. The updates should automatically recognize that you are a registered user. Just in case you do need to re-enter your serial number, you can retrieve it from your DeskShare account.
