Feature to skip comparison

I like the program's interface very much, very professional, but the program is slow when handling a large number of files (tens of thousands).
Can you include an option to skip all the file comparison that it does?A simple checkbox "skip all comparison" and two choices:
- "overwrite remote with local"
- "overwrite local with remote "
Just quick and efficient mirroring without unnecessary checks.
