How do I capture from a DVD? I am really lost. Thanks

To edit the video from a DVD, the simplest method is to copy the video files from the DVD to your hard disk. The names of the video files will end with ".VOB". Once the VOB files are on your hard disk, you can use the Media Converter that is built into Video Edit Magic to convert them to AVI, and then edit them in that format.
